Food Politics
I just wanted to share my thoughts on another amazing site. It is www.foodpolitics.com and by the way; Marion Nestle is absolutely brilliant. I really am thankful that there is someone as powerful of an influence as she is, to help guide us through the corporate maze of our misleading food system. For any of you wishing to increase your food savvy awarness, as well brush up on the history of how the American govenment established the food guides in place today, how certain people “conveniently” got elected to create strategic government food policies, and so much more, Food Politics is a must read. In my eye’s, Marion Nestle is kind of like a ”whistle blower” and very courageous for putting out Food Politics.
